V City Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise condominium by Liberty Development Corporation in Concord, Vaughan. These two 49- and 45-storey pre-construction towers with a 7 storey podium are located at 2901 Hwy 7, in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) by Highway 7 and Maplecrete Road.
The development will bring a grand total of 1,018 new residential units with a full range of housing options with convenient access to the TTC Subway, Highways 400 and 407.
V City project will offer 1,018 luxury residential dwelling units in the following layouts consisting of 5 studio units, 275 one-bedroom units, 700 two-bedroom units and 38 three-bedroom units.
A copious amount of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces will be located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Additionally, the lobby will be found at-grade in the podium with a full-service concierge.
The indoor amenity will include a well-equipped fitness room, a deluxe pool, tranquil yoga room and a quiet library room, among other uses that residents can benefit from.

A total of 28 surface vehicular spaces will be provided between the proposed buildings. The proposed development will also have bicycle parking storage rooms located on the ground floor and in the below-grade parking structure of the two buildings, providing a total of 800 bicycle parking spaces.
