Description
The mature, leafy neighbourhood of Bathurst Manor is about to get a vibrant, mixed-use addition, complete with modern condos, townhomes and retail space. This will be a major revitalization for the park-filled enclave, engaging the entire community and becoming a neighbourhood focal point.

With 393 dwelling units in total, the project will consist of three parcels of land and two new public streets. The third phase will include 14 units of freehold townhomes and 9 units of condo/townhomes. In total, that’s 350 condominium suites and 43 townhouse dwellings, with all having access to underground parking for both vehicles and bicycles.
Floorplans atWilmington Towns will run slightly more spacious than one usually finds in the condo market, with the average size of a one-bedroom suite being approximately 635 square feet, the average two-bedroom being close to 860 and the average townhome running about 1,668 square feet. With an extensive range of unit sizes and layouts, the development will appeal to families, couples and single professionals alike.
With architectural firm Rafael + Bigauskas behind the project’s design – they’ve handled architecture for some of Toronto’s most iconic downtown condominiums – we can expect many elegant and contemporary features for the townhomes and mid-rise buildings.
Two new streets and a public parkette will complete the warm, community feel of this new development will provide a great option for Torontonians who long to live in the leafy, family-oriented neighborhood, but aren’t necessarily in the market for a detached home.
Location & Neighbourhood
Bathurst Manor is a desirable, established neighbourhood that attracts families, professionals and students looking to live near the York University campus, a ten-minute drive from the condominium site. This North York development has the benefit of being a few blocks east of a greenbelt system that surrounds the Don River. These greenbelts provide heavily forested and lush environments, perfect for tranquil morning jogs or leisurely hikes with the family. Nestled into the greenspace you’ll also find the Forest Valley Outdoor Education Centre.
A few minutes’ drive north, you can also find the G. Ross Lord Park, an oasis in the city if ever there was one. Tucked into a ravine under a rich canopy of trees, the park has four kilometres of walking trails, cricket pitches, sports field, off-leash dog parks, and a picnic area with a fire pit. There’s even a horseback riding stable hiding down there.
