The rest of the building will take a rectangular form with the connected townhouses on a 45 degree angle. These various shapes and angles will give the building dimension and will allow it to stand out from other developments in this area.

This multi-purpose building will be a mixed-use development with over 1,800 square-feet of commercial space available on the ground floor.

The developer Metroview, is known to create large residential units that are well-suited for families, with windows and deep balconies to give residents extra space. There will be plenty of amenity space that comes with this development. The amenities will take up 6,200 square-feet of space with over 2,700 square-feet of indoor amenity space and 3,500 square-feet of outdoor amenity space.

Although the details of the amenities are still yet to be confirmed, residents can expect an outdoor terrace on the top of the fourth floor that offers stunning views of the vibrant city. Overall, this development will offer a luxury lifestyle in an iconic, family-friendly neighbourhood.
