Steps to Receiving Platinum Access to Units at the Lowest Price.

You will need to be fully prepared once the Platinum Condo Release takes place, as units are usually on first come first serve basis and 1 Bed and 1+Den Selections get reserved fairly quickly.

1. Research the site and area of the potential Condo Project you would like to invest into. When investing in real estate, location is always important consideration. We usually work with the best projects only and highly known developers in GTA. There are plenty of Condo Projects to choose from at the Platinum Stage. Please visit

2. Register on our website under the specific project. In order to be fair, registration and unit choice will be done on a first come first serve basis.

3. Check your email for updates from our team.

4. The moment floor plans and the price list are released, you will receive information package by email and you will be contacted to book an appointment to select your units and submit your number one choice along with 2 other choices in case for backup. Worksheet needs to be completed for submission to the builder in order to reserve selection of your choice. (Calls and appointments will be done on a first come first serve basis)

For Full Preparation, you will need:

Photo ID (of all the purchasers on the deed)
Cheque Book (minimum 6 Cheques for post dated dates)
SIN (requirement by builder for deposit interest)
5. Once your unit selection is confirmed and reserved, you will be scheduled for a site appointment. You and one of our team members will visit the presentation center or allocated signing office by builder to purchase your unit.

6. Once the contract with the builder has been signed, please have Mortgage Preapproval Letter ready within 10 days for the amount of the Condo suite less required Deposit.
